Progression School of Motoring ("PSOM", "we", "us", "our") is a sole trader business providing driving tuition services in Croydon and surrounding areas.

2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why

We collect personal data for the following purposes: enquiries submitted via our contact form, lesson bookings, lesson progress notes, payment records, gift vouchers, and (if you create an account) your learner portal profile. We collect only what is necessary for each purpose.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your data with third parties where necessary: Stripe (payment processing), Postmark (email delivery — EU data centre), and Cloudflare (form spam protection). We do not sell your data.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiries are retained for 12 months then archived, and deleted at 24 months. Lesson and payment records are kept for 7 and 6 years respectively (HMRC requirements). Server logs are retained for 30 days.

5. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to your data. To exercise any right, email info@progressionsom.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
